She quit her first job by her husband’s job transfer. She began her new work at home in Sendai. Her company lived all over Japan, and worked together using ICT. In Hokkaido in 1998, she established Y’s staff Inc., which makes websites, implements marketing researches, provides sales promotions, and etc., with teleworkers. These experiences let her to know how to implement telework. In2008, she established Telework Management Inc. to serve clients to introduce telework.She is an adviser to the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and etc. （Profile）
